Which teams are suspect of the cap breaches for 2011 ?

I want to hear why the team you name is possible risk of breaching .

I say possibly 3 teams ----- storm - they havent released inglis yet so may still be over cap for 2011 ,

------Bunnies-- Lots of spending and i cant see how they are doing it with 3rd parties

------Dogs -- again lots of buying but not really losing alot of players . I think they are sus .

I would like to hear everyones comments on this . Are we going into 2011 as a fair competition ?

If anyone is over the cap then they can be paraded as the most galactically stupid halfwits ever blessed with breath. After what happened at the Storm I think the next team would be deregistered, so my belief is that none are over. But I just might be naive.
