There are still some more games this round and still next week. Which would be the best team for the Eels to play in Week 1 of the finals? Possible scenarios:
1) If Roosters beat Storm tomorrow then Eels play Storm for a top 4 spot and if Eels beat Storm next week they will play Penrith at Penrith for Week 1 of Finals.
2) If Storm win tomorrow then Eels will remain 5th on ladder and possibly play in week 1 of the Finals at Commbank either:
* Brisbane
* Raiders
* South Sydney
Depending on results this weekend and next weekend.

The best result for us is the Roosters to beat the Storm this week, us to then beat them next week and play the Panthers the first week in the finals.

I think worst case scenario would be Melbourne beating Rooster than Souths losing twice and only one of Canberra or Brisbane Finishing on 30 points.
Putting us 5th and Souths 8th, probably the only outcome I wouldn't be overly excited about
Also finishing 5th will have you play either 1st or 4th second week, which could be the harder side of the latter

I don't want to play South's. They have our number as they're too unpredictable , fast and Dynamic for our blokes. They know what Moses and Reed are going to do before Reed and Moses do.
I'd rather play Penrith first up as we have a second shot.
Outside of this I'd take the Broncos if we finish 5th - no brainer.
Souths would be a nightmare and the Raiders would be tough too
4th is the best option for sure. Two bites at the cherry.
