The board have already rubber stamped Arthur for 2019, but it's obvious, our forward pack is nowhere near where it should be because Arthur fails to understand a dominant pack is paramount to a teams success.
I've backed off criticizing ba for the time being, but i still feel there's been too many fuck up signings for him to considered our long term future coach. The only significant forward signing thus far has been Nathan Brown
With that in mind, who should Parramatta be chasing as our 2020 coach. These decisions should be thought of now, not three quarters of the way into next season - by then the best coaches will have already been re-signed.
Parramatta need to act now.
For mine, we must offer Shane Flanagan a contract he cant refuse. He coached the eels lower grades for umpteen years and should have been promoted.
My second pick would be Maguire

Believe in SK.
Two choices
1. a proven NRL coach like Flanagan to replace BA
2. A promising unproven NRL coach to be BAs assistant and if they look the goods to take over. This would be my preferred choice unless we got a top nrl coach and not sure if Flanagan fits this
But the question is. Would he want to now after the above mentioned?
