WHICH COACH IS BEING PUSHED TO REPLACE BRAD ARTHUR?

It happened at the Wests Tigers - and it could be Parramatta next, if the whispers prove correct.

The word out west is that player agent Isaac Moses, who manages Eels playmaker Mitchell Moses and captain Tim Mannah, is again attempting to wield his influence by suggesting to prominent Parramatta officials that Todd Payten should be considered as head coach to replace Brad Arthur if Parramatta's losses continue. 

Moses tried to get Payten the job at the Tigers before Ivan Cleary was appointed.

    Todd Payten is he assistant at the Cowboys? If we jettison a coach I really hope we go with a tried and tested coach not an experiment of whether an assistant can step up into a lead role.

      Didn't he play for Norths in the 80's Monto? I think he came down from Qld to play for the Bears. Had a brother called Ian from memory
