showing some patches of brilliance but will eventually fall back into some old habits.
I look at the strength of the comp this year where we finished 12th out of 15 (not counting storm). Then I look at how we have tried to improve our squad, and although we have definetely added depth I fail to see added quality. Whereas many other teams in the comp have very much added quality to their squads e.g Bulldogs, Souths, Warriors.
Obviously every season there are surprises where teams that are suppose to have strong seasons struggle, and clubs that are supposed to struggle often fair well. Though on the grand scheme of things I believe if we were to make the 8 it would be a outstanding achievement, hate to say it but as we all know it will probably all come down to the form and health of Hayne.
