The obvious answer is sack BA it won't happen the fact he is involved in the Lomax negotiations says he isn't going anywhere unfortunately.
The team simply isn't good enough the recruitment has been sub par we don't have a the juniors.
Where do we go from here? Like the team on the field I'm lost it's only down from this point unless something big happens..

Name the best 13 to start next week.
Make no adjustments.
Build a lead with second phase play due to not being able to organise a structured attacking play.
That would be a good start.
Your correct in all the above. BA i feel won't be able to hold on to his position come end of year. His coaching is stale and our recruitment is non existant. We have no speed at all. We have no back up half or any other players pushing for spots. None of this will change and we will finish down the ladder. Any team with speed will make us look second rate as tonight has shown. Where do we go from here? BA leaving would be a good start.

Offside I said a year or more ago that we needed to get a Beau Scott type leader and this may sound wrong but a tough white prop etc. I also feel that maybe some players are too comfy with things?
To me we do have the juniors but its the retention / junior coaching that is the key and someone to oversee. TYes we did well in Matts and Ball last year but they need some decent guys to play with in reggies; and yes I get it that we have some juniors injured ( AMS and Penisini young one) but its not good enough; there are clear issues with the retention of key kids; Sanders for me must have been kept not to mention some other who have gone. The reggies need to be putting pressure on the firsts and from memory we have 2/3 spots in top 30 left?
It is also about a decent back up half; Sanders is doing ok in reggies but its a big jump; and peope may see now that Jake A was not too bad.
I think with Moses healthy this team would look a lot better but without him they have no direction at all. Looks like a lost season so all they can do is name best 17 possible and keep trying each week.
Unfortunately, the Eels are many years away from being a premiership threat. The roster is so unbalanced right now. In the lead up to the season I had major issues with the lack of depth and quality in certain positions. I predicted the Eels would finish somewhere from 10th to 13th. I may have over estimated. The Eels need a total rebuild, starting with the ( so called big name players ).
The club needs a new coach to set new systems and completel rebuild their outside backs stock.
Secondly, we have invested way too much into our forward depth.
The Board needs to have a footy brain and not just $ in their heads.
Fans should be bringing signs saying all their criticisms against BA, the players (Sivo, Lane, etc), O'Neill to let them know.
This situation can't go on for any longer.
Can't wait for the next game
