Where does watmough

After watching the first 3 games the team is coming along nicely still a few things to tweak like in attack but our resilience in defence has been a breath of fresh air and is a credit to brad arthur. My concern now is when watmough becomes fit again does he get a shot at the 17? Who would he replace or does he hang up the boots? My personal opinion is hang up the boots at the end of the year especially with the money he will be on, the money could go to securing norman.

    Mate its a long season, with injuries and suspensions he will be needed before you know it

    Right now he doesn't make the 17

    injuries/suspension is the only way he gets in the team with the way they are going, Ma'u was out this week and Gower did a good job coming in so next week Manu comes back in.

    Tepai who was the one in a battle with Watmough at the start of the year for the starting spot has been great and Kenny Edwards is a beast coming off the bench.

    Don't forget that Watmough brought this attitude to our club.
    I don't care if he plays or not, he won't let us down and has been one of our best buys even if he doesn't play another game

    I knoe what you mean but with the money hes on, surely hes going to contribute more than just being a depth player. Its going to be very interesting to say the least whats going to happen with old choc. Great win tonight tho.

      If he makes it back, he will only play first grade. If not, it won't go against the cap and he will still be paid his full contract. Win - win
