When the Storm got busted the NRL introduced the tpa system to legalise salary cap rorting by clubs who have the support of millionaires with big business contacts. The NRL will be busy working with Nick Politis on the next initiative to ensure a "level playing field".
So just say the rats are holding onto more information that the NRL didn't find.
Are we going to be seeing a repeat of this next year?
