Wanted to see if anyone knows anything about this?
Was driving past the stadium yesterday and I realised how the stadium never turns on that massive curved LED screen that they have outside Gate B. When the stadium first opened up, they would turn this on to promote the events and I've noticed they haven't turned it on in a while. I can't remember them ever using it during the 2023 season either come to think of it. The screen is awesome and makes the stadium look much better. Even in the off season, they could at least have some advertising for Round 1 or Memberships.

Cost saving measure. Need solar + batteries to afford running it 🤔
Can't imagine why they'd build it if they couldn't afford to run it. I'm thinking maybe it's broken and they can't justify paying to get it fixed.
Surely they aren't just going to leave it there for years not being used. I'm sure they already knew what the costs would be to fix it. The frustrating thing is that they were supposd to build a much bigger screen that wrapped around that whole street end of the stadium which would have looked awesome. They couldn't even get a little corner screen working for more than 3 years.
But of course they can spend the money to have the LED lights outside Allianz working every night, even on non event days.

Badger, its been stopped for eels games because of whats now known at the club as the 'Arabian nights' incident, dogs fans hacked it and nobody knows how, see my post further down.
When it happened a group of dogs fans started cheering dancing and banging drums as soon as it went on, like they knew it was about to happen.
Also, it's not just for Eels games, it's for any event there.
Yeah I was thinking the same thing. I haven't seen it on at any game for a long time.
Yep, have been wondering about this for months. The stadium is much worse off without it on. I wonder how long it will take them to turn it back on.
