More importantly, our problems now. Our coaching staff is not organised. Ando said he will be doing something every loss and he clearly hasnt. I know it is still early and i am aware that we have had slow starts before, but in the past when we had slow starts we wern't playing bad. We sitll had something there. This year is different because we are playing completely shit as i hate to say it. First of all, We need a fully experienced half back because Robson does nothing. All he does is pass it out, nothing to it. I can play his role now, literally. Mortimer is only young but as a 5/8, he needs an experienced halfback with him. That is when young talents like Mortimer really shine. Example is Roberts with Kimmorley. Secondly, our hooker. I think today Keating was very good out of hooker, he sparked the game at times, but nobody else backed him up. We need someone who can permanently be a fast and shooting hooker. Thirdly, the coaching staff. The coaching staff needs to control the team and give them a game plan, because at the moment i feel we dont have a game plan. We need set plays in our offense, our defense i think is great but our offense is shit. Lastly, we need discipline. Our side gives away too many penalties like seriously, Joel Reddy today, what was that? 1st tackle. On our line. Momentum throughout all the players. The only time when the very poor crowd was actually pumped up. He elbows him in the face. I dont know about you that was very idiotic and dumb. I personally hope that he gets 10 weeks for that because he doesn't deserve to be there as much as i love Reddy, Inu deserves a start now.

It was just dribble
Ando said in the press conference after the game that one of things he's most frustrated with is that the players aren't doing what they training to do on the field. He said they talk about it but never seem to execute during the games. Sounds to me that he is organised but the players aren't. Not that unusual. Anybody that's played team sport will know that often the coach tells the players certain things, those things are reiterated before the game and at half-time, but are never executed during the game.
