Did not see the game but reports are Parramatta were very poor and the score reflects that. Wise Foxtel would stop running the game.
They knew we were short in the centres/wing positions at the end of last season. I do not understand the thinking at the Club by executives. With respect to players, I do not see how we have salary cap issues. We don't have any $m players, but some are overpaid. We are left with no centre capable of giving any concern to opposition, same with wingers. Yes we have had some injuries, but most of our backline would be in 'reserve grade' at other clubs.
Where is our ball distribute in the forwards, only Junior occasionally, the rest ball under arm and charge? That sheets back to the coach and his logic in coaching, of which he has little. 9 years, that is nearly a life sentence in the courts!
Can anyone tell me if the coach and all 'hangers on' , medical staff etc included in salary cap. If so, suspect we are bleeding there. We have Sterlo, Kenny, Hindy and other former quality who would put their hands up - seems logical to me.
