What we learnt againt Newcastle

1. Peats is an 80 minute player and is returning to form of last year before injury2. Watmough looks better when he runs hard at the line and does not look to pass the ball (we can let him pass once he returns to form)3. Should have listened to Fittler on the footy show and placed a bet @ $3.75 for a 40/20.....that wind was amazing4. Wicks is a player whom reminds me of Ray Price. Boy does he have starch. Amazing where he is at after being out for so long5. The less Sefa has the ball the better. He should also run straight and hard at the line more often and play against the coaches instructions. hopefully he will then get a week at wenty6. Wil is a top class centre. that is his natural position and is where he belongs. I hope he we sign him up again.7. RR is the man to fill in the back for the near future8. Bauretta is not a NRL player9. If the eels can hold onto the ball (80% completion) and reduce errors (3) it does not matter how we play we will win. So get rid of the fancy stuff and play the basics.10. Parra will make the 8, just.

And buretta is nrl standard its just our halves and centres like to go in. If they go in so does the winger. Thought you would known this coach!

Hey Y2. Its just a gut instinct. I put him in the Ryan Morgan class, they are good players with a lot of natural talent, but that step up is just too much. So only a gut feeling and a few reservations on his positional play, under the high ball he is too short and his security in carrying the ball. I hope I am proven wrong as we need depth in the back line which we just do not have.

I also learned that little chrissy sandow can tackle . didn't notice any bad misses,he was on fire.
