who do we go for/Buy for forward stocks as bench forwards next year. we lose Kafusi (Sharks) Niakure (NZ) and who knows if Matto is satying or going ? if he stays he will start in place of ICE
Do we make a play for Liam Martin ? Luki from the cowboys or Matt Eissehuth ? Doorey from the dogs ?
Do we have good enough players coming through in cup ? after yesterdays match v Roosters and other matches ive noticed that once Paulo RCG go off we lack go forward, i like the way the Cowboys are playing ATM
I would have thought Greig would have had more game time in the 2 years since his been here not sure of the situation with Hollis is he still an eel in 2022

Thats for the Cumberland Cowgirls to sit on. The best bench in the world, we won 3 premierships with these ladies on our bench.
All female cheer squad.
That's sexist by today's standards.
they could mingle with the all male footy team. 👍
Isnt matto here for 2023, its 2024 contract that is being discussed atm
Nope - this year only at the moment
Exactly
Hollis is a bust, he cannot crack NSW cup atm, i understand he has had 2 years COVID disrupted years, but at 21 with a top 30 deal you should be minimum on the bench in NSW cup.
It probably looks the same as it does this year but maybe with some different sponsors stuck around it. Maybe some new padding etc .
If the club wasn't willing to pay 650k for Papali'i or the same for such an important spine position as hooker, they sure as hell aren't going to fork out 750 - 800k for Liam Martin.
As for our bench next year. It is average now and will be even weaker next year. Any decent forwards at other clubs have been re-signed or signed by other clubs.
Our lower grades are not fairing to well at the moment so that doesn't instill a lot of faith in our juniors to step up to first grade.
With the players we are losing and no gains for next year, things are looking a bit bleak unfortunately.
