The ingredients being the club, board, staff, coach, cap, contracts, agreements, culture, players, juniors, recruitment, training, fitness, diet, psychology, medical, recovery and preparation. What is the core criteria laid out as the master plan for the Eels to win the premiership over the next three seasons? You are the board and if you believe Brad Arthur has got it wrong so far, can you lay it all out as to exactly where has he got it wrong and what do you have to do fix it to win a premiership, with or without Brad? If you stay with Brad or you go with another coach, then tell us who is your coach and then imagine you are Brad/the coach, but it is your brain being used mapping out the master plan. In an everyday practical sense, do show us what you've really got and, let's experience 1EE scrutiny evolving the correct master plan that wins an Eels premiership over the next three seasons. Do we have it or are we just a bunch of opinionated wankers?

The only reason all these questions are being asked and answers sought is because Foran fucked us over majorly when he left unexpectedly and we have not recovered. He was the 3 year plan to win a premiership. It's got nothing to do with BA or the players we have left. We are just going to have to be patient, it will not be this year.
Adam, so if you are "patient" Brad, what is it that you are being patient. Tell us the big-picture plan you are working with to get your team to win a premiership and in what year/years.
OK christeel, can you please be more specific. Can you detail what the issues are that is leading our club to bankruptcy and provide the big picture as to how to restore our club from the ground floor up and into a premiership winning force and just how many years will it take to win a premiership. Can you map it all out in detail so that we can see how the plan for success is being executed.
Choc frog our club is not even close to bankruptcy, big deal they had a loss last year. If you did some homework instead of making false accusations you would know a lot of those losses were one off's booked to the purchase and development of the saleyards training facility. FMD Parra Leagues is the 2nd highest turn over club in NSW just behind Panthers. Do you think they would be doing the precinct development if they were going bankrupt!!!
LOLLLLL The EEl, I've not made these claims of bankruptcy, christeel did. I've just asked christeel to be more specific. Read again.
Is that all we have to do now The Offside Eel?
