Bernie Gurr must start negotiating with the the available Flanagan or the like and plan the club's future before these good head coaches sign elsewhere.
Parramatta are blessed in having huge junior base and a league's club that is in a position to support it yearly. And now the best stadium in Sydney. There should be no reason why we shouldn't be competing for a title every year
I'm also appalled by the excuse making unicorn yes men, who obviously bend over with every mediocre accepting excuse. They aren't leaders. They can't think for themselves and need to be instructed and held by the hand for they aren't aware of what's happening to this club.
The performance of this club has been on a downward spiral since the appointment of Bernie Gurr, it's a farce.
Gurr is purely a reactionary figure that has achieved zero in his time here. The fans need something now.

Given 2019 will likely be a write off, why not take a gamble on a 1yr contract until someone decent like Flanagan becomes available. Maguire if he’d touch us would be good, personally I think he’d be smart enough to hold out to 2020 when the Broncos gig becomes available.
