What Is Wrong With Our Administration?

The piece by that reptile of the press, Brent Read, that the Eels Administration is about to extend Arthur,s tenure as a coach comes as no shock but plenty of disgust. I have said this twice in recent weeks. There is no pleasure in being right on something so obvious. Arthur has won nothing in eight years why would he win anything in the next eight years? If you don`t come first you come last! That is true in any two-horse race which is what any Rugby League match is. The Eels administration has got failure in their DNA--they are born with it. In truth, they don`t know which way is up. I fear that this outrage may lead to our club losing the one bright light that we have--no names, no pack drill. I hope, beyond hope, that I am totally wrong on this last point.

  • Who would you pair sign, Robert and Lloyd ?

    • 🤣🤣

  • I have no problems with the Admin Robert.
Could you go through the admin and board and disect each one of them, so I can get a clear picture of their weaknesses.

    Please explain?

  • Take a BEX Robert, with some Rum chasers.

  • Lots of whinging, no solutions. Cool.

    • Typical response from a Brad Arthur admirer.

      • I'm just a realist. Sure watching people have little tamtrums is fun but it doesn't solve anything. If you want highly emotional, reactive people to run the club and constantly change coaches, sign over-priced players etc there's a club called the Wests Tigers you should take a look at. I'm sure they'd welcome you with open arms. If you're a big enough sponsor they'll even give you a Board seat. I think you'd be happier there.

        • I'd say your far from a realist...... your too conservative.

A realist will tell it how it is....... thats far from what you do.

          Cheers,

          Scott

          • That's rich coming from you. Why don't you enlighten us and tell us "how it is". (This should be fun).

I'm forecasting lots of complaining and zero solutions. Dazzle us!

            • I could just do a Muttman and do nothing but praise the club in every move/decision they make.

And..... carry on like we have just won the premiership when in fact we have bowed out in the second week of the finals for the third season in a row.

              Warmest cheers,

              Scott
