Last I heard he wS still unsigned, like you I was against keeping matto unless it was on the cheap but I now think he us a must sign.
he is a gun on the edges. We lost Papalii, the biggest mistake we have made, we can't lose matto as well and be stuck with our reggies

I would even consider moving Nathan Brown into the prop rotation and starting Matterson at lock.
Hes a mercenary. Watch himplay average as soon as he signs. Did I not read that he was told we dont want him.

Agree Snake, but watch him lose his mojo next year when he's being thrown into the cellar . It's a bit hard to act like a big dominant buck when ya teams getting pumped.
Yeah he's been outstanding this year.
Think he's been off last few years because all his head knocks etc catching up with him, but this year, he looks to have shaken them off and is playing to his potential every week.
