Good question BC.
I think Parra is not doing bad when I think of it, Yes, we lost some games that we could've of won, players have got injured and fundamental error's and constructive set pieces are our major problem that I see.
Set pieces I believe is the back bone of a team when playing footy, if you get it right, its easier to play the game. If you have one and get lost during the game, its easier to re-start the game plan with the set pieces. If you don't have a structured set piece, you get lost in the game and you won't be able to re-group.
For example, Tigers had a great set piece play for the first 20 minutes with there continues attack. They lost there way in the next 40 minutes but was able to re-group at the end with their structured play and win the game. That being said, Parra did a great job with their structured set pieces against Manly and Rabbitohs but non-exsistence in the other games.
Where does this all lead too. For me, its back to coaching. There has to be an established game plan that is slightly adjusted for playing the next game and or adjusted due to injuries. Its a game plan that can be set to default to re-group and get back into the game. Leadership takes over during a game which means to me your halves, captain and senior players. They should be executing the game plan and playing what they have been training for.
Lastly, the Tigers game looked like Parra wasn't confident enough with the players they had and they lacked leadership and a game plan.
We need a center with ability, Ryan Morgan isnt up to it, he offers nothing.
If someone asked my opinion of our start to season, that would perfectly describe how I feel. Exact thoughts. If we beat titans we will be 50/50 ratio which I will be very happy with given our injuries and ludicrous suspension

We've won 2, just not the 2 I thought.
I have been happier with the effort in the field and we havent been smash like we would have been in 1 game by now.
So Im pretty happy with the first 5 rounds given injuries. The worst part is seeing mistakes which if cut we may have won the game.
