As I, along with many others have said before, being a CEO of any business or organisation is no easy feat, and if someone thinks it is, then they're kidding themselves. The Eels and Ozzie is no different.
You have to keep in mind that Ozzie is still relatively new to the job, and he's learning new things all the time, so give him a break.
As the old adage goes, Rome wasn't built in a day.
You can't expect miracles out of Ozzie straight away.
These things take time to materialise.
i think he stitched the club up to be honest, knew he would get punted and left the club in a position where we had last 6 good players and at the time he was punted signed none. It was payback to the board for not backing him earlier.
Shame people have to do that, very spiteful.
