No to Burt . There are much more qualified rookie coaches available . We can’t gamble on a trainee and wait for him to learn the ropes .
...and miss those goals we set.
Id like to see him prove himself elsewhere first, the last thing we need is another golden old boy from a losing culture given a job.
We need experience imo.
