I'm going hard for the Bunnies to win. For three reasons,
1) Top Biatch will be insufferable,I know he is already, but imagine him if the Bulldogs actually win,he'll be happier than a dog with three d**ks.
2) The poor ballboy who was at the centre of the controversy is probably beating himself up for allowing the Dogs to sneak home.If they happen to win,the poor kid will be scarred for life.
3) In Nostradamus mode,I can forsee Parramatta not winning a premiership for 50 years. It would ease my suffering greatly if by winning, the Bunnies prove that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
In 1971 I was 4 years old, just starting Kindergarten at Carlton Infants.I was in the country for 2 years, our family living 3 families in one house around the Carlton,Bexley area.I knew no English.I couldn't even get the enrolling lady to understand my name.My name in Greek is Anastasios. The lady looked at us with a "wtf are these new-Australian talking about" expression. She decided on a name that suited her Anglo ear.She came up with Douglas at first, then it became Thomas.
It caused me no end of grief years later when I had to enroll with the Electoral Commision. My only legal documentation was a Greek passport with Anastasios Laios on it,so I enrolled under that name.I forgot about enrolling under Anastasios atr a later local election and enrolled again, this time as Thomas. So every election for the next five years had me voting under Thomas, and receiving a fine fgor Anastasios not voting. It took endless phone calls and statutory declerations before the stpid khunts at the Electoral commission finally sorted it out.
Go South Syney!!!!!

i was a few weeks from popping my head out
I wasn't alive the last time the Eels won a premiership.
I too was -7.
I had a few years under the belt by 1971. That was a good year for the eels as well. Finished 4th when the top 4 played in the finals. Ian Walsh was coach and Ken Thornett came out of retirement to play that year. The eels had some great players that year. Ron Lynch, John McMartin; Bob O'Reilly; both Thornetts; Keith Campbell etc. I was there when they played souths early that year at Cumberland Oval. It was packed with well over 20,000. It was a great game even though they lost but not by much if my memory serves me correctly.
I was living in Belfast then as a three year old. Didn't even HEAR of the Rabbits, had NO IDEA wh they were...still don't LOL
No! Wasn't 1971 the hippie days??? Hey Man!!!!
that looks like Rory Mcilroy just to the left side to that woman of generous proportions as we view it
I was alive for all of the Eels wins so I guess I was still alive when the Bunnies won it in '71.
Will still be alive when the Eels win the next one but will probably not remember it. lol
I also participated in the Big BBQ at Cumberland Oval that paved the way for the Eel's / Dogs decade of dominance in the league.
No I was -3.
I guess I must've been practicing some backstroke in my dads Cags at the time.
