Without not seeing the game it is hard to say if there were any individual good performances. Newcastle also had some current first grade experience. It was good for Terepo and Williams to get some miles in the legs. Greg L also had his first run and if French is out with an injury he could be BA's first debutant.
Didn't get out there but spoke to a few people who did.
Tony Williams was good, made plenty of after contact metres, Gower was the best Wenty player.
Terepo, Matangi and Kaysa had flashes in the game, Peni dropped a few and Matangi got a bit frustrated and gave away some silly penalties. Kaysa was what he always is, but not consistent. George Jennings showed plenty of pace when out in the clear, Leuisiao didn't do much and finished the game with an ankle injury and in a moon boot. Davis was solid.
Marata took a bit hit, initially thought was his back again, but apparently found it hard to breathe, so not sure. He had some big plays but also faded at the end.
Team suffered through poor halves , no control and the game got away from them in the last 15 minutes which is par for the course at Wenty.
Peni dropped a few????? Well thats a shock.
Brad won’t debut anyone!
Just watched the highlights at NSW Rugby League site ! Must of been hot again ... lots of soft tries !

Who's this Gower fellow, could be the next big thing
Surely something is up.
Every player in the Wenty forward pack (bar nuikore) has well over 50 NRL games experience. This should have literally been a training run for the boys.
