Future NRL back rower Salesi Faainga (19 years), has been promoted from flegg. Definitely a future nrl superstar with all the skills and strength.

Oregon Kaufusi has also been starting for Wentworthville a few weeks after being promoted - An absolute beast and future star absolutely no doubt.

I know I've been carrying on about Twal Aloai & Matto, but all three wouldn't come anywhere near the class of Faainga & Kaufusi

Leleisiuao comes back from injury but hasn't been as dominant as many hoped - still should make it in the NRL.

Kane Evans - perennial Wenty boy now buy of the season and Pau Pau's golden child

16    Jack Morris.

  • I'm hearing Lelelsuiao to the dragons.

    • I see a lot of Mahe Fonua in GL
    • I'd be sorry if Lelelsuiao were to leave. I feel he would have made an easy transition to 1st grade.

Haven't seen much od Kaufusi but heard he's going to be good.

But "Faingaa the Hitman" has excited me from last year, we can't afford to lose this guy.

And there are more young guys just waiting for a chance......Salmon and Dylan Brown just to name two.

      Things don't look so bleak......suddenly!

      • Well I've got some good mates that are close to the inner sanctum at the dragons and they reckon its as good as a done deal.

        Lets see what happens.

    • i dont know what the hell you blokes see in Leleisuiao  .i go to games and have watched him closely when he has played.and not injured. and my opinion . they can have him has not got the speed you all recon he has and defence very suspect  as i said for mine they can have him

  • Youth progression this year has been more than pass mark. This is unlike other years ive seen where our young players failed to take the next step

Orgeon kaufusi is a prime example who has been close to wentys best player, scoring tries and taking good runs despite being capable of still playing a few more years in flegg

Its been a tough year but the amount of young players who are continuing to go up in divisions and doing well is extremely good to hear about

I honestly wouldnt care if we come last this year if it meant these young blokes can be better players for us in the future
  • My top 5 young guns

    1. Faainga
    2. Kaufusi
    3. Dylan Brown
    4. Stefan Utoikamanu mom u/18s Origin
    5. Mahoney
    • Kahfusi I'm pretty sure is 18 or 19 max. Definitely hasn't hit his 20s and is already too good for the nsw cup
    • What about Schneider?

      • Both Schneider and Kaufusi are 18 this year.

"I highly doubt the eels will take him back but they won't let him play for another nrl team for the next 3 years, he is going to have to find a home in rugby, he has made his bed so must now sleep in it.
To be honest I hope he fails miserably, it…"

"Hypothetical question. Say Lomax doesn't go to R360 would we have him back or is he gone forever despite his release saying can't go to league for 4 years "
