I will tell you a little story about my kids.
First born, I purchased a Parra jersey & took it along to the hospital & presented it to my son when he was two hours old. (You know these things are important.) By the time he was three, he could receipt 10 of the current Parramatta players. (I tried hard to get the other seven names brainwashed into him, but I think he lost interest before I did - LOL). However 3 years later he went to school. Bloody Peachy & Stevens turned up at his school & he turned to the Sharks. I still haven't got over it.
To make things worse my middle son was converted to St George by his God Mother.
But I have had a victory. My third son has stuck solid, he is Parra through & through.
So this year when you look up in bay 28 in the Mick Cronin Stand & see a family of 1 Dad & 3 sons wearing 2 Parra jerseys, 1 St George jersey & 1 bloody Cronulla jersey, you will know it's me & my three boys.
Morel to the story, never let up on brainwashing & influencing your children to support your team, 'cause it can all become unstuck real quick.
Again congrats mate.
Isn't football the greatest game of all. All 4 us love going to the footy, it is such a bonding experience. Mate Luv it with your kids, no matter who they support. (Gee my middle son & I had some fun in R27 & the first Semi - That is what it is all about!!!)
Parra 4 ever
