Webb To Fight in Battle of Codes

DT states Carl Webb is to fight in a Battle of The Codes this December ...http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/sport/nrl/hands-go-up-for-smith-challenge/story-e6frexnr-1225936157514Given his recent RL form and his rotundness of girth, I would have expected Parra to insist he concentrate on getting ready for the upcoming season rather than these side events. - Your thoughts???

Didnt Carl Webb get knocked out in the 1st, in his last fight? Maybe Carl needs to concentrate on the Eels instead of the canvas, considering Mr Osbourne has put a shitload of faith in the man for next year.

Imagine if he gets seriously injured and can't repay the good faith gesture shown by us.

I agree, if he trains to a boxers regime, then he may just come back the fittest he's been in a while and hopefully with a refreshed energy we haven't seen in a long time.
