I give up after 50 yrs
I give up after 60 years. The team do nothing but disappoint their loyal fans. Well,I'm sorry,but I'm done. No more.

Didn't we have one 4 yrs ago ? If you want results hire the best from the top down to the junior level . When you know what's happening around football side of things that result won't surprise you .
reviews should happen after each season and plans should be made after each review to go one step better.. If things don,t go as planned you make adjustments. You involve the thinkers at the coal face as well and they should be free, to be honest
Tad the problem is there all mates looking out for each other your never going to fix anything until we hit rock bottom again then we have to hire someone To tell them what they need to be doing then we are back in another rebuild of doing things better . I agree we should be having a review every Monday about everything that's happening around the club but it's all useless when your all mates looking out for one another so you can keep your job . Unfortunately the club is so far away from being professionally run on and off the field . Trying to fluke it isn't going to set the club up like mlb panthers and roosters have done for many yrs and many more yrs to come .

Yes Simmo I can understand what you are saying everyone including players can get into a comfort zone and look after each other to protect their self-interest.If that is the case that needs to change.Its a cultural issue when that happens.I think there are players like Ray Price who were hungry for a win and would sacrifice someone not pulling their weight. Have a look at Penrith mate. You see a hungry pack in defense and attack. They know how to do it. We don,t have that pack hunger from what I can see. We have individuals with hunger but not pack hunger. By that I mean a hunger with relentless intensity for 80 minutes.
