We have already played our grandfinal

We should all be happy that BA has removed the team from the bottom of the ladder, however it is somewhat of a shock to see other teams either beating or nearly beating the EEL's with the very tactics that worked so well for us in 2009. Even with the brilliance of Jared Hayne in 2009 we would not have progressed as far as we did without the well places offload. We have from time to time this year employed the tactic but not enough to encourage the defense to over commit to the tackle allowing several openings for nippy runners to exploit. It has become an occasional but definitely not regular tactic. Our first 4 to 5 tackles are way too predictable.

My congratulations to BA and the team enabling me as a die hard fan to hold my head up this year.

"The two tries Iongi scored on that edge were also the result of defenders turning in to stop Kelma.  This creates space for the wider players
If Kelma is dropped i will find it mind boggling
He needs to fix his defence so let's see what happens…"
