We got flogged by the refs tonight

Seriously..... I know we had a few drop balls after every kick off when we scored but the refs flogged us all night. How come we didn't get a penalty when the shock clock went off? Corey Norman hit the hole on the other side of Michael Morgan. Would of been 6-0 10mins into the game. We were up 16-14 and we give a penalty away for "playing at the arm" players do that every week and get away with it! Normie got sent off yet when Melbourne did it to Chris Lawerence last week no sin bin. The refs absolutely cained us tonight.

  • why don't you ALSO mention the SOFT TRY's when defending our Try line

Parra' goaline D was ordinary & the game was riddled with errors that ultimately cost us the game

    • tele they should never of been on our goal line to score those two tries. Bullshit penalties that gave them field position.

That first try of theirs was in effect a 12 point try because it came on the back of our disallowed try, deemed a shepherd and the ensuing penalty. Farken joke mate.

  • Very disappointing.
We know we can beat them. Bring on September so we can beat them when it really counts.
    • X2
    • Shit yeah...I would have no fears playing them in the GF if we get there
  • On another note Clint Gutherson is hopeless and has gotta go. Tonight another dreadful game, he has never played a GOOD game. He's always played shithouse or average. He's gotta go, bring in Buretta
    • Totally agree... Funny thing I was telling my wife how much of a liability he was and two tackles after he looses the ball in the tackle..
    • Agreed Ron. The world loves scapegoats though!
    • You must have forgotten the two tried he bombed against Penrith ... All he had to do was catch the ball..
    • Please he had one drop ball tonight. Paulo had a couple and so did Manu, don't see any calls for them to be dropped.

The third last try you cannot say was guthos fault we had 12 players on the field.

He definitely wasn't near our worst tonight. Taka was a bit down ( let me guess you blamed that on gutho as well when taka throw him the ball right next to the sideline ), alvaro was barely cited and terepo was back to his dropsies.

"I did modern day as 1998 onwards as I didn't see them play, as some here haven't. Where I believe majority of people here have seen all the modern day players play.
Plus it frees up some spots like we all know who 5/8 will be but now no idea."
