Sorry had a hick up there! Off league for a change. History channel on Fox are advertising a coming program on Queen Victoria. One small snippet of the ad shows the Queen ingesting a drug derived from opium. The voice over said she took the drug throughout her Queenly life and that she liked taking the drug! No mention of her subjects who got incarcerated for doing the same thing. It was also said that when her husband died--Prince Alfred--She got plaster casts of his hands made. Every night for the rest of her life she would take the plaster hands to bed with her. It was not explained how she employed the plaster hands but the mind does boggle! God Save Your Gracious Queen. Ha ha ha.
