We are a year or two away

We are a year or two from getting off the bottom of the table. When you look at the team who came second last in the cowboys or eagles. We are way off the pace from those teams even. We can buy who we want in the off season to help but it wont help much. We need a good defensive coach cos we are not matching up at all. Constant overlaps out wide.
