  Choc was very good last night, he hasn't been that great this season but he is one tough prick.  He hasn't been close to 100% fit but still putting in each week. Which hopefully is rubbing of of the younger boys like Pauli and Tep.

  Most people on this site think Choc is rubbish. I've defended the guy from day 1 saying that his years of experience would rub off on the younger forwards.

    Most people on this site think Choc is rubbish.

    I am one of those - but he's not rubbish - but is also NOT WORTH what we pay him (and that is the ONLY point to consider)

    experience would rub off on the younger forwards

    1. ? where in the article does it say that Watmough organised the player only meeting. He just attended like everybody else ? How is THAT rubbing off ?

    2.He phoned Foz and said 'look mate you've got to do what's right for you', - how is THAT statement rubbing off ?

    3. He played with an injury - big deal - most NRL players carry injuries of some sort by this time of year. I suppose I will have to concede that THAT will have a positive effect on younger players

    Watmough is a complete WASTE of money

  Choc played tough last night. A couple of times, when we looked gassed he'd stick his hand for a tough run and make good metres. Last night's effort is why we've bought him. Tough, gets through the work and leads the side when he's needed to.

  I really like this article. And I really like Choc too. And Wicks brings some mental toughness as well.
