Yes, its true, i saw it happen.
His large intestine popped out as he hit the water, it floated next to him and got tangled around a young girls head.
I tried to push it back in but her head was tangled so bad i pushed it inside too.
She started to panic, it was epic.
The cyst kfc stories are true, ive had a few in the thighs over the years.
They often sell brains and heads but the last pic here is my fav

This was apparently from what dad told me because of a broken neck injury. Had nothing to do with ripped stomach. Also the skin is very stretchy, especially on the stomach. Myth forsure.Â
