Yesterday news broke that Tyrone Peachey is reportedly set to seek an early release from the Gold Coast Titans & return to his former club the Penrith Panthers.

This is set to spark a range of mid-season movements between the Panthers, Tigers, Titans & Eels.

The Titans & Eels are both set to pounce on Fijian international Waqa Blake. The 24 year old has played 88 games of NRL since making his debut in 2015.

No official moves have been made by either Peachey or Blake's management at this stage however, we are still less than 24 hours into this story breaking.

The Eels have been attempting to lure a centre to the club after reportedly missing out on the signature of NZ Kiwis captain Dallin Watene-Zelezniak.

Blake would play inside star winger Blake Ferguson at the Parramatta Eels. The Titans also have their eyes firmly set on Blake & with Peachey off the books, they would be in a great position to strike.
