Had no problems shutting down the most lethal left side attack in the comp with a rookie 1st gamer outside him.
Makes you wonder what changed.
You guys don't need to read into the lazy media narrative. Defending between Moses and Fergo is an abolsute nightmare job for any centre. I never heard him blame anyone else , show bad body language or stop plahying enthusiastically. He is not our problem.

Good point regarding Moses. I do not think it is any one players fault entirely, not Fergo alone, not Waqa alone, not Moses alone, but a combination of the three of them together and their communication with one another. One good defensive game does not absolve Waqa of all the previous bad decisions. Does it excuse the 38-0 loss to souths? Nope. Did Fergo have a role in that too? Yes.
BA should have shifted Mennings to the right after that 38-0 loss. He didn't do it until a month later when he realised the Storm had totally figured out our defensive structure and were cutting us to ribbons. No shit BA. Souths figured us out a month earlier. So did Panthers and the Dragons. Our defensive lapses were obvious by the time the finals arrived. Fittler had commented on it publicly. Sterlo has commented on it publicly. Gould had commented on it publicly. It turns out they were all correct. BA simply left his adjustments until we were already losing to the Storm which was obviously far too late. His pick and stick loyalty worked in the first half of the season but it did not work in the second half, or the finals for that matter.
