Wanted Man: Third possible destination emerges for Papali'i

So the NZ Warriors have emerged as a possible destination for Papali'i, talk is he may return for family reasons with his mrs still living in NZ. This has come out of left field and believe would catch Parramatta off guard, who i believe are under the assumption he wants to stay put, moving on Brown assists that. If he heads to NZ for family reasons then you cannot fault that, however i wonder how his progression will go if he takes that chance. Not sitting here saying Parramatta is the only place in where he can perform, however Papali'i came from there as an 18 year old star on the rise and came nowhere near his potential.

  • Either way, I just don't see him wearing the B & G next year.

    • You can't be serious

      • He's spot on Brett.

        Black and grey.

        Gold Coast Giants.

      • Yes I can be serious and I am.

  • I think it's a legitimate option with his family etc.. but I feel he will play next season at tigers after that I'm not sure

  • Just remember, the tigers fans who are complaining about papalii breaking his contract are the same tigers fans who would be happy to see brooks break his contract and leave the tigers

    • That's different as both agree with Brooks.  Sheen wants him I think. Gordon Tallis sat out one year  I think when they wouldn't release him.  Easier once there. Burton signed befire he was getting a run.  Can't backup. Such a war horse for Dogs and  Similar to Cleary for Panthers.

      • what are you trying to say keets? doesn't make any sense...the more you ramble on the more it becomes obvious you are not an eels supporter but a dogs, tigers, penrith and, heaven forbid, a dolphins supporter,

        • I like the Eels my youngest son is a big  fan. from his Pop. My mother and step father were. I just like Burton who doesn't?  He is just about the best leader not the best by example in comp.   I like his loyalty and leadership.  Don't you enjoy watching good players from other teams?  I don't hate any teams that's childish.  I don't enjoy beating other teams  either.  I don't like Queensland growing either at the expense of Sydney  teams.  Also there are not enough quality players to go around with  another two teams coming. You're right I'm probably not a die hard anymore I certainly once was though.

  • I don't see this one at all. Sounds like a Manager beat up.
