Useless stuff we learn at school

Seeing the teachers blogs of late, had me thinking of all the useless crap i learnt at school.

All those sleepless nights trying to understand PYTHAGORAS'S THEOREM....

That stupid HYPOTENUSE

-Running writing, who uses it?

-Long division?

-The Recorder

-Prime numbers

-Learning more about other countries history, rather then about this great country

I went to high school through the 80's, (best period ever), in my whole working life, never used any of this crap.

Another memory of school, "THE CANE", is it any wonder why i have tendancy to belt people?

What else?

    Anything but basic maths

The system was outdated when I was at school so I can only imagine how irrelevant it is nowadays . Are they still teaching French and German ? What the hell were we ever going to utilise those languages for lol . We had this screwball woman named ms Brown who wore French inspired clothing to school everyday and refuse to acknowledge you even in the playground unless you spoke to her in French .
