WENDELL SAILOR has advised those who questioned Parramatta's decision to recruit thirtysomething Chris Walker to be wary, because the dual international predicted Walker would match his exploits at St George Illawarra two years ago and show there's plenty of life in the code's old boys

I have said it before but I can see walker being our key signing. He loves to come infield and support the ball players and this is crucial to getting the best out of hayne in two ways. One it gives him someone to pass to and two it gets tacklers off hayne. This is a job Mortimer and Burt were doing in 09 but didn't do in 2010.
