Why couldnt we put to Brad Arthur that a Grand Final Appearance is mandatory this year. If we are unable to attain this we go in on a young new coach to come in as an assistant, say Ciraldo who is then guarateed the Head Coaching Job in 2024 and is given time to review the squad and make recuitment decisions in 2023.
I know Ciraldo is the flavour of the month at the mo but any identified coach coming in this way may be good.

Dont forget we are only 2 wins off second spot, we have beaten the Storm at home and Penrith at home this year.
One could suggest the coach has the game plans to beat the best .
One could also suggest the losses to the tigers and the dogs was more the players attitude then BA's game plan. Imagine if the players had of stuck to the game plan for both those games. We would be sitting second on the comp and everyone is still happy or biding their time. hahahaha

i really believe our education system has a lot to answer for.
Ciraldo is already the assistant coach at a successful club.
He is hardly going to give up that sweet gig to be an assistant coach at the Eels.
He won't leave the Panthers unless he is handed a head coaches role at a good club with premiership prospects or a failing club like the Tigers who will throw huge amounts of cash at him.
Plus Ciraldo is already on 600k a year according to NRL 360 at Penrith not a bad salary for an assistant
How the fuck does an assistant get paid 600k lol.
