Over the past four games Parts have blow their challenges in the first ten minutes of the game and each time it was obviously not going to be successful. Used properly, a captain can gain three or four calls throughout the game. So no challenges unless absolutely positive. The other thing I don't want to see is short goal line drop outs. Too often they go pesr shaped and lead to either penalties or handing over possession on your own goaline.
While I'm at it, I can't believe that N Brown is not in the team. I know it has all been said before regarding team selectons so I won't go on but just wanted add my thoughts.
Finally, I think Parra can win this one. I have a good feeling. Time will tell.

Paulo should be banned forever from challenging. That rank challenge against Penrith is what started the rot.
I'm a fan of the short goal line drop out. Hopefully Clint and Moses have been practising overtime for it though.
Initially I was fan of the short goal line drop but I think Gutho needs to look at the scoreboard first. That one a few weeks ago where we were up by about twenty points (I am not sure who it was against) changed the whole momentum of the game.
Fair point Grunt. I posted from my mobile and you're right, it needed a read before posting.
It's a good thing we're not the Farramatta Eels.
Or the BrissyDolphins
That's your job
I agree re captain's challenge.
A bad challenge could cost us dearly.
I agree about the short goal line drop outs. 9 times out of 10 they're a waste of time. Captains challenges are also a gamble. I reckon they should allow 2 challenges per half.
