Yes, it is legit. Bulldogs can apparently buy anyone. The modern day roosters. Gould and crew are untouchable and the salary cap auditors will just keep looking the other way. I have not had trust in the NRL for years. Gambling sponsors, racing identity. Join the dots$
Why Look at their current pack and half-back. Tell us how many of their pack is over 500k. You guys don't understand the cap
On the other hand we have both props on around 900 or 950k each
We have Matterson on 650k
Lane's on around 500k
Sivos on 480k
Cartwright 480k
Brown on close to a million
Go and figure out why we have no room to buy players. Most of the players I've mentioned are going backwards fast with lack of foresight from ba and Mon
Ive banged on about this situation years ago but the ba lovers massaged his balls and now it's too late
And we should have got flanno to the Eels aswell
Ahh how great a position the bushie left the club in - outstanding position 👏 8

I'm sure we have the highest paid spine in the competition, there's always a trade off. Same goes for when star players squeeze more and more out of the club. Look at Haas at the Broncos, they have lost Capewell, Flegler and Palasia to accomodate his ongoing demands for more money.
Dogs must have some mega sized TPAs. Ppl whine about the size of a few of ours but heck they have to have some huuuge priced signings. ....leave us for dead. Some of their big signings were in their shitty days which would mean huge Chinese buffets and big bucks required
The problem is Chief that just like the Roosters,Broncos and South's there are other financial benefits of signing with these clubs that aren't on the salary cap particularly TPA's and after football life benefits.
The Eels need a sugar daddy that can entice players that can offer benefits for life after football and someone that has the power to intimidate the league like Politis does
😂😂. The Coach has nothing to do with salaries or terms , they'd sit in on weekely WIPs at best to discuss . You may have noticed that it's always the GM of footy or the CEO taking the credit for the re-signs. Coach just says whether the players of use and they Other people juggle that shit .
Wouldve been a good pick up as an edge with a bit of speed that can cover centre in game instead of the plodders we throw out there.
The Dogs side has a classy left edge but apart from that is bog average. Just goes to show what a well developed defensive system with guys who can carry out the roles will do. They bring a good attitude every week - we bring one when we're at commbank and when we feel like it. We underachieved massively this year and through most of the BA era.
"If it is Matto, not a bad tactic to get him off our books quicker.Let him stew at home knowing he'll need game time to secure a decent 2026 contract. Might just be enough to tip him over."
"Thanks mate. I do plan to do a junior blog towards the end of pre season. Will see if SB is interested in doing that too.
T Brown is a different body shape to what we have. Similar to Jesse Bromwich. Solid work ethic and good footwork for someone…"

Need to publish salaries and get rid of TPA's, only then will we get a true even competition

Seems anyone available are off to dogs.
Jason. Tell us, how many of the dogs pack is above 500k
And what's their half-back on - probably 280 maximum after he was rejected by the titans
