  • The truth hurts. Refs and adjudicators alike should be held accountable for their performance.
  • It was the truth sometimes it has to be said.
Refs decisions pull too much sway in modern rugby league.
  • They are accountable to their clients as well which are the fans of the game who fund their salary. Unfortunately fans don't get to give direct feedback to the Refs so I'm thankful Hodkinson did so. You're not a Ref are you Precious?
  • Every fan and player has wanted to say something like this. But it will give you a stint on the sideline every single time. Not negotiable.
  • You simply cant question a refs integrity on the field like that. He deserved the bin.
    Regardless the ref making errors
  • I'm actually on the refs side. We start letting players saying things like that then the game will suffer....that being said - I've never seen the standard of referring this bad.
  • Fridays game against the tits was the biggest rort i have seen so far this year.

If anyone thinks the refs are legit and not influencing games, are complete idiots.

The nrl is manipulated wether you like it or not
    • Well said
  • I have no issue with what hodkinson said. Refs have no idea and are so quick to over react. At the end of the day he's captain, the leader of his team and he's passionate and wants to do what he can to ensure his team wins. Like I said I have no issue with what he said.
