  • Yeah it's going a little to far.
What next? Are they going to perform a penile swab to see if your carrying any STDs before heading off to work?
  • I think youll find it staggers in comparison to a blog posted yesterday.

  • This is what happens when you let minority groups get in control of any type of committees that make recommendations to Government. The expression used to be "they've got a barrow to push" but now we allow all the barrow pushers to have a say and so we get draconian law that pushes us back to the middle ages. We are about to celebrate fighting many wars for the sake of democracy, freedom and privacy. What we have ended up with now is middle ages type oppression. The smallest indiscretion will now haunt anyone for life and prohibit them getting a job or advancing in any way. The new bail laws are a disgrace. We are going to end up with a new underclass of people who have done time and as a result of not being able to get a job due to everything being a virtual lifetime sentence, they will be forced into crime to make any money. We have the dole for unemployed so that they don't rob people on the streets to get money to survive but we are happy to create an underclass of people who now cannot get a job for the rest of their lives if they want to. Any accusation is now a lifetime conviction. Just ask the Parramatta club. We need strong  leadership to return our basic privacy laws but I don't think that person is in parliament yet.

    • That is conservatism summed up. NSW complains and complains yet keeps voting the for same conservative party and getting the same results. Sydney nightlife is just another example.
    • REVOLUTION!
  • so you mean you want random breathe testing for alcohol to be banned as well?

    • Not at all. Of course it's dangerous to drive impaired by drugs or alcohol. The point of suspending these drug tests is for the authorities to go back and research rather than just using such a black and white system. There is a big difference between being highly intoxicated, slightly intoxicated and having only traces of a substance but not intoxicated. They do it with alcohol testing, why shouldn't it be the same for drugs.
    • Pfft pretty simple dont do drugs. Its not hard. People need to grow some balls and toughen up. If you dont like our laws go to another country. Cry babies.
    • Vincent , I was tested in Crookwell about 12 months ago . Had to wait 10 mins for a result , fecking joke . A mate reckons the number of people who test positive and it comes back from the lab negative is pretty horrific . Drug testings def needed these days however it needs to be put on ice ( sic ) until they get a better testing solution .

"I did modern day as 1998 onwards as I didn't see them play, as some here haven't. Where I believe majority of people here have seen all the modern day players play.
Plus it frees up some spots like we all know who 5/8 will be but now no idea."
