Too much speculation!

Over the last 24hrs alot of members on this website and Parramatta fans countrywide have gone through a range of emotions and thought patterns akin to the 5 stages of grief. Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance. The alarming thing is amidst all the calls to be united there is way too many rumours and speculations that threaten to tear us apart more. We all have an idea of what the NRL wants from us but why stoop to the level they want or think of us? The media like the daily telegraph has hailed themselves as "heroes" and pat themselves on the back for "exposing" the Eels, they want us to be divided. Ive heard every rumour from Foran and Norman signed to Broncos to maybe Todd Greenburg is an intergalactic parasite that feeds off the tears of dedicated fans and feels threatend by Semi Radradra's Mighty Girth. The best thing we can do is probably the hardest and thats sit back and wait. The sharks are circling and flailing about in the water will only draw more attention to ourselves and get us devoured. All we can do is wait for the press conferences and official reports to let us know what is up, everything aside from that is just a cancer that needs to be cut out. We all want to know where to go from here but no point moving until the dust settles and we can see clearly.Stand strong and stand unitedUp the mighty Eels

"Pass, Matt Burton would be a step backwards. Not a match-winner and too slow / immobile."

LB replied to Prof. Daz's discussion R1 vs STORM: Gilgamesh and the Beer Goddess
"De Belin will do a lot of the clean up work, the 3rd man in for our defence. Hopgood is now not alone in that area. He will not be flashy but he will definately do his job."

"positives are Loiero is out. That is a big piece of their middle, he does a lot of clean up work in defence, tightens up the attack. No Katoa and they are umming and arring whether to play Ativalu Lasati or Joe Chan on right edge.
