Tom Opacic has resigned with eels till the end of 2022.
He is not a world beater, but defence wins a premiership. He is great value for money IMO.

I am ok with that. Not brilliant by any means, but solid. Hasn't made many mistakes that I have seen.

Was going great until they moved him to accommodate waqa, no excuses for his bad play last week but hey, let's protect the big money, long term signing.
It was to try and protect Jake Arthur. If Waqa Blake was so shit he wouldn't have played well on the left side. Now Dylan Brown is back it's Moses who again will be targeted. I expect Opacic to move back to the left.
There was a much simpler way for BA to protect his son.
He scored a couple of tries and set up a couple more. He did well. And our defence would've been a lot worse with Rankin in the line.
Gees Muttman, wonder why? Swapped sides with a new player combo to hide definciencies of certain others.
