TITANS CLOSE TO SIGNING JOSH HOFFMAN

Josh Hoffman

It’s the sand and sun of Surfers Paradise up against Parliament House in Canberra as the Gold Coast Titans close in on securing unwanted Broncos fullback Josh Hoffman.

The noise out of the Titans camp is getting stronger, with the club growing increasingly confident they will secure the services of the New Zealand representative, possibly within the next week.

But the 26-year-old custodian is keen to sort out his future in quick time after being given permission to look elsewhere by new Broncos coach Wayne Bennett.

The Titans have cash to splash after offloading Albert Kelly and Maurice Blair to Hull KR in the Super League.

  • Ye i cant under stand way we did not make a play for him

  • I think this is good news. Hoffman isn't up to required standard to be a good 1st grade fullback, especially for the money he is asking.

  • He will upset Mead if he does sign there because Mead was guaranteed the fullback spot
  • what do you call a New Zealander with a truckful of sheep? A pimp

Prof. Daz replied to Roy tannous's discussion Can Pezet leave already
"Pezet had 3 runs, 5 kicks, 2 errors, and 3 try assists. Let's be frank, two of his try assists were fluke kick/regather efforts by others and his try a fluke kick/regather by himself. Ryles played possum about what he has to work on in the press…"
