Time To Get Jarryd Hayne Back. He's On His Way Back To His Best. Played a great team game tonight and not just for himself. He was calm, on the ball, those silky skills were rolling off his sleeves easily and it is great to see he's taken some weight off too. It's helped his game. Bring him back Brad Arthur. He is the massive X factor we need.

  • Lol
    Premature much?
  • 1 good game in 10 doesnt constitute to us resigning him. He was good but he is not the way for the future of this club

    • Back home where the fires of his passion deeply burns and now so much more mature and willing to work in with Brad Arthur and his big picture, just my opinion, Jarryd will pull off what Keiran Foran failed to do for us. Jarryd is that good.

  • French is our X-factor now.

    • Love French'y but against Storm, Sharks and other strong defensive teams, French's X factor may take a few years to blossom before he's physically capable of doing damage to intimidating 80 minute fortress style defenses. Jarryd Hayne has that mature physical X factor already in place to bring us a 2018/2019/2020 premiership/premierships. He showed many glimpses of it tonight against the Sharks.

  • I agree, you haven't seen the best of Hayne this year yet. He will only get better and make a tilt for an origin spot. I'd have him back in our side without a second thought.

    • Totally agree FME, he is class on the field definetly a prima Donna off it. He will keep improving is a super athlete
  • And who do we loose to get him ??
French , Gutho and Norman are our future now
    • We don't lose any of them.

French may become an interchange player for a few years but with injuries, we need a bunch of skilled players on our books to cover many positions in the backline and we have heaps of cap space to make this happen. We just need another hooker, two more big monster props and maybe another powerful winger but we might already have him coming through our juniors. And if Semi wins his court case, we should do whatever it takes to fuck off France and stay with us too. We can afford it.

Our available cap space for 2018 onwards must be somewhere between 4 and 5 million now.
