Hello everyone,
It has been a while since I posted anything on 1eyed so I thought the polite thing to do is say hi before jumping in and offending people lol.
1st things 1st, I am now a proud first time dad to a beautiful baby girl whom I am already grooming as an Eels supporter. The funny thing is that she actually watches the NRL calmly with me, nothing else in this world can do that, so super Saturdays are fantastic. I get to hold my daughter and watch the footy, how good is that.
I also have just moved to Darwin due to work commitments. I'm looking forward to seeing how the Eels track while they're up here and what sort of community events they are attending and so on, as well of cause as watching them win. While they are up here I'll try to keep everyone up to date with what is going on and any news that I may hear.
I must admit that it is an excellent place to be an Parra supporter up here. I have, on every occasion I have worn my Parra shirts around town (both new and the old Pirtek one), received a "great shirt" or "go Parra" etc with out fail, and have also been told how great it is when the Parra boys are up here and how much they do and how much they just chat and associate with the community in general.
So as you may have guessed, life at this point is great, my opinions on footy and the team and so on will come later and if I offend, sorry in advance, it is only my opinion the same as everyone else has their own. But for now it is hello again, and its good to be back.

Congrats on you first child Bee, expecting my first fairly shortly myself. Hope he or she calmly watches the footy with me like yours does, sounds perfect. Keep flying that blue and gold flag there in Darwin.
