Analysis
Mannah is the second best prop so far this season. As mentioned above he has played more games than Wicks this season. He has provided solid and consistent footy for the year conceding 3 penalties from 14 matches and making 2 errors in that time as well.
Mannah could definitely work on his offload, but granted that is not his role in the team. His role is to provide a solid platform by eating up metres and hitting hard in defence. Mannah isn't the best prop in the competition, but the props who are better than him are either current state of origin reps or international reps, i.e. Bromwich, Tamou, Scott,
For a team like Parramatta who have this year constantly handed over the ball Mannah is a much needed steadying influence and cool head in team that needs leadership.
For those saying his isn't a captain I'd urge you to watch a game. Just because he has the c next to his name doesn't mean Mannah is the captain on the field. Watmough is taking on this role and doesn;t need a bloody C next to his name.
So for the Mannah haters, read the stats, inform your opinion and stop rating on our captain

I don't think many here have doubted his ability its his captaincy that worries most.
I agree with you eelsy
But for all his improvement, I don't see a leader in Mannah. He isn't a great captain.
That's the main reason why people don't like him.
THANK YOU AND THANK YOU AGAIN SIR for enlightening all the knockers out there. Mannah is consistently one of our best performers week in week out and is a reliable team player. His game may not be flashy or overly vocal, but he gets the tough work done by example and is very well liked by all players and staff. By his own admission, he may not be playing as well as when he was regularly making the Blues Origin squad, but he is beginning to rediscover top form in recent times. I might sound defensive here and that's because some players, with or without valid reason, are constantly being admonished by their own fans; and Mannah is one of those genuine 100% triers that doesn't deserve it, as supported by these stats.
I've been saying for a weeks now that Mannah is in career best form.
