Tim Mannah

Tim baggers do ya selfs a favour, check out 2017 stats. His only let down is minutes played, think that was due to head knocks first half of season, finished season as good as most props. Just check stats after games then state your opinions

On the trial, i think we were good, few convertions could have been 30+. Our attack inside ther 20 bit chunky, game time will sharpen that up.

Defence was good few missed tackles expected  that, cover was good.

The trial has given BA some good problems to have. His biggest headache will be how to keep Will Smith. I have no doubt other clubs see what we see, When injected into the trial the team seem to lift, i think his skills and energy are great.

  • I believe all the Timmy baggers should go and follow afl, because they know fek all about what's required in a salary capped nrl roster.

It's well known that Mannah is value for money considering his long service discounts, and if you didn't have these types of lower denomination set players, you wouldn't be able to afford the Haynes, moseses, Jennings, Norman, French, Guth ect, plus we have great depth, probably the best in the comp

    • spot on chief he does a lot more than what everyone sees hes solid

  • lol if only Timmy ran as hard as Chief defends him.

  • He does hes job and does it well. Hes not a prop that will barnstorm 2-3players. His job is to take the runs when no one else wants to and get a quick play the ball. His a good player i duno why people hate on him so much. Hes a toiler not a barnstormer. he plays with his heart and give his all every game.

The only thing about manah i dont like is he needs to question the refs more as a captain. Besides that i think hes a pretty handy player.

    • Well said mate
  • He is our captain and will be one of our starting props.
  • The problem is he doesn’t have the impact a starting prop should have, for at least 2 years now. Not only that he stuffs up bench rotation when playing less minutes and look at our roster. Some one like tep or Matagi will miss out because of mannah. Or we will loose Alvaro or vave or some youngster like twal and eisenhuth. He is done just like keating was when he left, no club will pick him up he.
    • Agreed, he is like a sacred Cow on here. Cant say anything negative at all.  as usual we got on top of the forward battle when he shuffled off.

    • You got no idea pal. Obviously you have a history as a forward. The only people who bag Mannah are the dipshits on this site.

"As much as I'd like Lomax to sit out from the nrl for the next 3 years (and he should) realistically that isn't happening. It isn't fair.
That is what this court case is all about, to determine what is fair. So it isn't 100% right or 100% wrong (or…"

"He was provided all the legal advice before signing the release and understood the stipulations. Just because R360 didn't eventuate doesn't mean he can force his way out of it lol. Spoilt brat defence is not going to work for Lomax or the storm 🤣 "

Hell On Eels replied to Johnny Suede's discussion Lomax legal promise could create salary-cap headache for Storm
"LB, Eli, good stuff gents. We've acted in good-faith. By the book. With clean hands. Lomax appears not to. Still, equity is not unlikely to view an NRL-wide 3-year restraint until 31Oct 28' as overly-punitive and read it down.
We'd still win,…"
