  There are 6 or so teams every year that breach the cap by minor amounts, usually due to adjustments for match payments etc.
  
  we copped it due to ongoing mismanagement and proof of knowingly attempting to cheat

    The plumber got his invoices messed up and even miscalculated the GST.

  We cheated the cap got caught thats diffrent to a minor infringement

  It would only be a minor infringement and a fine will suffice.

  I agree, going over the cap due to injuries is one thing. Paying players, sponsors, hiding it then lying about is a total different thing.

  My understanding is the Tigers are over in 2017. If this is true it is not a minor breach, the Tigers were active in the market they signed Idris and now have to offload Lovett to get back under. That shows intent to deceive, what happens if Lovett refuses to leave?

  Poppa, I was not focusing on the " poor us"! Some of the comments were clearly wrong, the Tigers were not over the cap because of match payments or injured, they were over because they signed Ifris when they did not have cap space to offer him a contract. the Tigers gained an advantage by miss representing their finiacal position that is cheating.

  Just like dogs come out 100000 over let them off no fine but got be under play for points over 1 or 1 million over should have get under to play for points fair fair same rules for everyone
